I had the amazing opportunity to follow Chef Brandon Cant for a morning as he prepared an egg dish! He’s the featured chef at the Farm to Table brunch for the Douglas County Fair and Rodeo later this month, and this is the signature dish he’s preparing. I love these images we captured. One of them make the cover for Highlands Ranch City Lifestyle magazine and about 6 others made the feature inside. So exciting for both of us.
