I can hardly believe it. Emmy is 3 months old! Well, older than that now by a few weeks I guess. In many ways it has flown by, and in other ways it has been the longest 3 months of my life.
Em is such a sweet, happy baby. She brings so much joy to her entire family. It is so fun to see Cammy and Deacon play with her and get her to smile. She is at the stage where all you have to do is look at her and she can’t help but break into a grin. She is sleeping amazingly well at night. It was like the day she was big enough, she kicked any middle-of-the-night feeding addiction to the curb. She still cries a lot during the day though. The girl just hates the nap. She will sleep for about a half hour then screams for a while. Even if we hold her, she screams. Oh I know it won’t last forever and I remind myself this multiple times a day. Right now it seems intense, but in a few years, I will look back at these pictures and all I will remember is her sweet, 3 month old smiles.
