These head shot sessions were some of my favorite to date! I had the incredible opportunity to shoot for the Highlands Ranch City Lifestyle magazine. They needed photos for their Women’s Issue, and had the women they wanted to feature, but didn’t have a concept or photos of them. I shared my passion for capturing AUTHENTICITY in photos – not stiff headshots, but capturing someone’s personality. This is hard to know without knowing someone, but I do believe my personality lends to making this happen. I’m very open and comfortable with people, which makes them feel the same around me. I can make someone laugh easily, and laughter is my favorite thing to capture.
These are some of my favorite captures from the tow days of sessions we did. These are featured in the magazine, and it’s just so fun to see them in print. I hope I get to do many more sessions like this. 🙂
