I had the great pleasure of attending a shootout with the amazing Kayla Locke, who was in town from Missouri! A group of us ladies all went out to RMNP together, and this model family met us out there and we all took photos together, and learned from Kayla the best ways to get a family to interact together to get the best natural looking photos. We had a blast, and hit the park at the most gorgeous time, when it was full of color. I am just now getting around to editing these, but the timing is perfect, because I needed some color and vibrancy in my life!! This winter is killing me! I can’t wait to get back to photographing families this spring, and continuing to hone my craft of capturing the essence of a family, and not just their posed smiles.
