Being in the gym is my favorite place to be! It was so fun to spend two different (EARLY) mornings with this crew. I was so inspired by these women who get up in the 4:00am hour to come workout together each day. You can see what a special community Shelby has created just by looking at these photos. They know how to work hard and push each other, the coaches are always there to assist and encourage, and you can see that they have a ton of fun doing it! I can’t wait to see how these photos are used to bring more amazing women into this community!
