I love this client like a sister! Haha, just kidding – she IS my sister! For those of you wondering how it’s possible that I have a sister that’s still in high school, how ’bout you just believe that I am only 23? No? You want the real story?
When I was a junior in high school, I remember my mom telling me that she was pregnant with kid #5. I had a job, was driving, dating guys too old for me, and taking Trigonometry. I was not happy about it. I told her that she would be going to this baby’s graduation with a walker. And here we are, 18 years later, and my baby sister is graduating high school. (And my mom is not using a walker). 🙂
I just have to say, I am SO happy Kayla was born. Even though she never remembers me living at home, so we don’t have the typical sister relationship, I have a bond with her. I like to say that she is just a better version of me. Sometimes I think that there is no one in this world that is like me, or could understand me, but Kayla probably comes pretty darn close, considering I think we are more alike than she would probably like to admit. 😉
Kayla is so talented in so many things, she is so caring and loving, so fun to be with and yet not shallow at the same time, and GORGEOUS. I decided she looks a lot like Jennifer Aniston! (Not sure how her celebrity look-alike is Jennifer Aniston and mine is the chunkier of George W. Bush’s twins. Whatever. I’m over it.) You just wait, world – Kayla Dohm is going to change people’s lives for the better, even if it’s just the friends and lucky man she meets someday.
I am so blessed to call Kayla my sister, and can’t wait for tons of memories in the future with her, to make up for all the ones we missed from living at the same house together. Love you sis! Enjoy these pictures of a truly beautiful girl, inside and out!
