I met Sophia 6 months ago when I did her 6 month portraits, so I was thrilled that her mama brought her back to me for a birthday celebration! She is just as cute as can be!! I love these simple and timeless photos we got of her. Sophia’s mama had just lost her own mama the week before, so she brought some of her pearls for Sophia to play with. I have a feeling these photos will be cherished forever as a simple bittersweet token of remembering her grandmother/the sadness of losing her, with the celebration of a first birthday.
